At International Commerce Centre, facility work spans plant rooms, public areas, technical assets and teams moving across Hong Kong\u2019s tallest building. Kai Shing Management Services needed more than another maintenance database. It needed a practical way to connect each physical location with the people, records and actions that keep the property running.<\/p>\n\n

Fortemont brought Inspekly, Digital Twins, AR Work Orders and XR Patrol into one extended-reality facility-management approach: XRFM<\/strong>. Instead of asking teams to translate the building into rows and folders, XRFM lets the building itself become the interface.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n
